ABSTRACT
This
paper bring sumarily the study of case of patient C.N.D. that
maintained phonetic and phonological alterations until to the
adult age; 38 years and 11 months in the date of the anamnese.
Considering the atypical permanence of linguistic deviations
of phonological order to this age, we opted for characterizing
the particularities that bound the case, highlighting the importance
of the distinct disgnóstic, confronted too prognostic
/ evolution through the important profits incorporated to the
phonetic inventory and the patient's phonological system. The
subjects arised in this paper contributes with information to
the clinical speech pathology, in fact for the area of the speech
disturbances and language.
