SUMMARY
It is interesting
to observe the reaction of people face to certain situations.
Many times, what provides pleasant sensations for some people
can be cause of discomfort for another ones.
In the manner,
in noisy leisure places, the impression is that it offers pleasure
to the users and discomfort to its employees. With the purpose
of confirming such suspicion and to know symptoms and sensations
noticed during and after exhibition to intense noise, nightclub
visitors and workers of São Paulo City were interviewed.
However, the
obtained results thwarted the initial idea in an incisive way.
The employees of this kind of places do like the presence of
noise during working day, because this noise keep them alert
and stimulated. This fact does not happen with most users.
